Shipping policy

All orders within the UK are estimated to be delivered between 2-3 business days and will have a delivery charge of £4.99.

Please note:

All orders take 3-10 business days to process, this will include a thorough inspection from our Golden Hair expert before shipping using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

During the festive period, please allow extra 3 working days for your order to arrive as we may experience courier delays.

International orders are estimated to be delivered between 3-15 days with a delivery charge of £30.

All Orders will be sent by Royal Mail. Once your order has been fulfilled we will send a tracking number and confirmation that your Golden Hair has been shipped out.
